2021 marks the beginning of the 14thFive-Year plan. So it's very important for the next five years.
Number one is that we want tocontain the COVID-19 pandemicto ensure that economycan fully recover. We still are facing some problems, but I believe that the role of vaccineswill be one of the keytasks for governments to ensure that we can successfully contain the pandemic andensure that the economy will recover.
This year we will face a couple of challenges. First of all, I think because of the pandemic, the SME sectorsactually have suffered, and how to ensure that we can rejuvenatethe small and middle size enterprises, to ensure that they canbe fully functional and can continue toprovide strong supportfor employment. I thinkthat’s one of the key areasthat government will think about.
And another areaI believe is that the consumption because consumption actually is one of the very important areasfor the 14thFive-Year Plan, and how to encouragecustomerstospend, how to improve their willingness and capability to consume. And on the supply side, how you can provide quality products and services to satisfy people’s demand for consumption.
So all of these things arevery important things for governments and also for companies toovercome this year.
